About the Role
As the CRM Manager, you’ll be the architect behind the client’s customer communications. You will lead the development and execution of CRM strategy, leveraging data, automation, and compelling content to enhance engagement and drive customer lifetime value. You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO, COO, VP of Marketing, and the development team to shape and scale customer engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-channel CRM strategies (email, push, SMS, in-app messaging) throughout the customer lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Own and manage the client’s CRM platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) and execute personalized, automated workflows.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Growth, and Data teams to uncover insights and define targeting and segmentation strategies.
- Track and optimize CRM KPIs, including open rates, click-throughs, conversions, churn, and LTV.
- Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, cadence adjustments, and message refinement.
- Coordinate with content and creative teams to manage the lifecycle content calendar.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other privacy regulations across all communication channels.
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation (experience in the travel industry is a strong asset).
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, or Klaviyo.
- Expertise in segmentation, behavioral triggers, and customer personalization.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Looker, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Self-starter with strong ownership mentality and a passion for delivering impactful experiences.
Bonus Points
- Experience working with B2C travel services or platforms (e.g., flights, tours, accommodations).
- Familiarity with AI-powered personalization or recommendation systems.
- Experience managing CRM strategies across multiple languages or international markets.

- Group insurance
- Remote-first culture with flexible work environment
- Annual travel stipend and access to exclusive travel discounts
- A fast-paced, high-growth environment with opportunities for real impact
- Close collaboration with executive leadership
