Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare production-ready artwork for all-over prints (AOPs), screen prints, embroideries, and appliqués.

• Create black-and-white technical sketches illustrating garment construction details.

• Adjust artwork to meet production feasibility without compromising design integrity.

• Assemble and distribute complete technical packages to manufacturers via email and WeTransfer.

• Review and approve AOP layouts before screen engraving begins.

• Prepare specifications for fabric, trims, and components for the Production Coordinators.

• Create color cards with actual fabric swatches for reference.

• Fulfill customer requests by preparing specific fabric swatches.

• Enter data as needed to support team operations.

• Package materials and samples to send to manufacturers.

• Maintain an organized fabric and component library.

• Support special projects and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a technical designer in the apparel industry.

• College diploma in Fashion Design is an asset.

• Solid understanding of fabrics and garment construction.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Excel.

• Highly organized with strong time management abilities.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
