Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of labour and employment law in both Canada and the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with labour and employment laws across Canada and the U.S.
Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, and performance management
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Support management with organizational development and workforce planning

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in an HR Manager or similar role
In-depth knowledge of U.S. and Canadian labour/employment law is a must
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual
Experience in the fashion, apparel, or consumer goods industry
