Salary : up to $110,000/year, based on experience + bonus + group insurance + more.

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of labour and employment law in both Canada and the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with labour and employment laws across Canada and the U.S.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, and performance management
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Support management with organizational development and workforce planning

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in an HR Manager or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. and Canadian labour/employment law is a must
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual
• Experience in the fashion, apparel, or consumer goods industry
