Job Summary:
The E-Commerce Manager will oversee the entire online operation, including website management, sales, digital marketing, and customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision-making, and experience with Shopify and Amazon. The ideal candidate will also lead a US-based e-commerce project to boost revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop e-commerce strategies to drive growth.
Manage website functionality, UX/UI, and customer experience.
Lead digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email, social media).
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product listings.
Monitor performance metrics to improve sales.
Manage e-commerce budgets and marketing costs.
Expand online reach on platforms like Amazon and Shopify.
Lead a US-focused e-commerce project.
Ensure smooth inventory and order fulfillment.
Stay current on e-commerce and fashion industry trends.

Requirements:

5+ years in e-commerce within fashion, textiles, or garments.
Proven track record in growing online sales and managing teams.
Hands-on experience with Shopify and Amazon.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing and analytics.
Experience managing online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with CRM tools and automation.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Familiarity with AI-driven e-commerce tools.
