Technical Requirements:

• At least two years of experience in a similar role
• Fashion Design Diploma or diploma in garment techniques
• Fluent in English, French is an asset
• Experience with any pattern-making software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

The responsibilities will include the following:

• Designing a balanced pattern
• Writing the specification sheets and sewing guidelines for each sample
• Securing the quality of patterns
• Ensuring that the samples produced match the original sketch
• Examining the technical designer’s sketches
• Performing size grading
• Making corrections when needed
• Communicating with other departments
