Your Role
As a
Workspace Journey Architect, you will help customers
transform their businesses by leveraging
hybrid infrastructure and productivity suites like Microsoft 365. Working closely with Softchoice's sales team, you will play a
key role in designing and implementing modern workspace solutions.
As a
Softchoice brand ambassador, you will showcase the company's value as a
leading technology solutions provider in North America, helping customers
become future-ready today through innovative technology solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs: Analyze business challenges and design effective solutions that help them achieve their goals efficiently.
- Bridge the gap between sales and customers: Keep customers informed about the latest Microsoft productivity solutions, create innovative approaches to solving business challenges, lead workshops with executives, and simplify technical concepts.
- Challenge customers to think differently: Use your expertise and insights to help customers rethink their approach, providing well-researched and customized solutions that drive results.
- Create a seamless customer experience: Foster collaboration and communication, ensuring smooth interactions between teams. Document agreed-upon solutions with clear, detailed, and professional statements of work.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technology-related field (pre-sales or post-sales service/support experience is a plus).
- Fluent in both English and French for business and technical discussions.
Technical Knowledge
You should have
basic experience in at least one of the following
required technologies, with a willingness to gain expertise in secondary technologies:
Required Technologies:
- Microsoft 365 – Productivity & Collaboration (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
- Microsoft 365 – Identity & Threat Protection (Enterprise Mobility + Security)
- Microsoft 365 – Device & Application Management (Windows 10 & 11)
- M365 Copilot
Secondary Technologies (Preferred but Not Required):
- Microsoft Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI)
- Microsoft 365 – Data Governance & Protection (Azure-based data security, Security Center)
A bachelor's degree is not required—equivalent experience will be considered.
