Job Title: Athleisure Fashion Designer
Location: Montreal, QC

Hours: Monday to Friday
Compensation: Up to $75,000/year based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop athleisure collections, ensuring a blend of style, comfort, and performance.
• Create and maintain tech packs, including technical drawings, material specifications, and garment measurements.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective for manufacturing.
• Apply an in-depth understanding of garment construction to ensure the designs are functional, high-quality, and manufacturable.
• Work closely with the design and production teams to maintain accuracy and quality throughout the design process.
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create design concepts and technical drawings.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar design role, preferably in athleisure or activewear.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and technical design elements.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Ability to create accurate and detailed tech packs and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
